Green peas salad
Simple quick recipe of organic green peas as side dish or added into a fresh salad. We boil them only 30 seconds and benefit from their rich content in vitamins B & C. When cooked, their color is becoming even greener! Pure nature in our plates.
- Organic green peas: if we cook them as side dish, then we buy around 2 kg for 5 people
- Organic fresh onion
- Organic wine vinegar or the juice of half of lemon
- Organic Olive Oil
We enjoy opening the peas together in the family. We add the peas to boiling water and keep them only for 30 seconds. We transfer them to very cold water for several seconds and then we drain the water. We add fresh onion and salt. Usually we like lemon juice in a salad, however, green peas are matching well in our opinion with Xeres vinegar.
